A discussion on the prevention of exercise-related injuries for moderate to serious athletes, ages 25-45. Brian Neville, who received his doctorate in physical therapy and practices at Sports and Spinal Physical Therapy downtown, will provide strengthening exercises, stretches and tips aimed at preventing minor aches and pains from turning into major injuries later in life.
